How Long to receive a package in Canada ?

Expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days in most rural cities in Ontario and Quebec. All remaining provinces can expect to receive their package within 3-7 Business Days

What Does Warranty cover ?

Warranty Covers all non wear-and-tear parts . So pretty much everything excluding tires and breaks , with the exception that your breaks and tires were faulty from day one.

How long is the Warranty ?

Our Warranty is 1 year on all our E-scooters. We perform all our warranty in-house , meaning no approval or wait times from the factory. We carry all the parts in stock and are able to help with any warranty inquires immediately. Our Customers do not need to pay for any shipping back and forward pertaining to warranty.

What is the Return Policy ?

We are delighted to offer our customers a 14 day trial period with a 50 Km range allowance. If you do not go over any of these clauses , then we will accept the E-scooter back and pay for shipping aswell.
